Trainees have completed a 12-week training program in which the theoretical study period is 3 weeks, the trainees have been equipped with knowledge of production management such as principles of field management, improvement fees, learn about industrial engineering, learn about productivity, improve productivity, improve production flow, quality management knowledge ... and 9 weeks practical practice at the business. business in the form of grouping. Each course has 5 supporting industry enterprises selected to participate in the program. Each group of 5 - 6 trainees comes to practice consulting on production improvement in 1 enterprise. Trainees have implemented 4 Step, 13 Process, 22 Activity improvement consulting processes combined with theoretical knowledge learned and direct guidance from Korean experts to advise businesses.
According to enterprises of the trainees, the program is a powerful resource for large state programs to support Vietnamese enterprises in the process of participating deeply in the global supply chain. ..
