At the announcement ceremony, the ASEAN Overall Recovery Framework and Implementation Plan were adopted in which ASEAN's economic recovery efforts focused on three main phases, including reopening, recovery and resilience. The specific measures proposed include: ASEAN anti-epidemic measures; joint recovery and action of ASEAN (objectives, principles, approach and structure); key recovery strategies (strengthening the health system, ensuring human security, promoting markets and intra-regional integration, promoting digital transformation and building a sustainable and resilient future); implementation for recovery and stability (policy, financial resources, mechanism, participation of all actors and monitoring); and building a new image of ASEAN after Covid-19.
